Dear Florissant North Star Wrestling Club Parents,

The coaching staff and I would like to say thanks for all your support this past season. I hope that the season was enjoyable for you as it was for the coaching staff and myself. 

The basics are the key to a successful wrestling season. To some practice is boring, to others it is what they do to get their hand held high by an official. How you work in the practice room is how you will do on the mate. Give it your all in the practice room and do the same on the mate, you will be a winner.
